- I am from Grand Junction, MI. I attended elementary through high school at Bloomingdale Public Schools. I was a three sport athlete (Football, Basketball, Baseball). I earned multiple athletic awards for my sport performance

- I attended Northern Michigan University (NMU) in Marquette, MI. I double majored in History Secondary Education and Physical Education. I also had the opportunity to play for the NMU Football Team as a quarterback. I then was fortunate enough to coach as a Student Assistant for the NMU Football Team. I was an Assistant QBs and WRs Coach. I earned recognition for both on and off the field performances during my time at NMU.

- After graduation I took a position in Ironwood, MI to become a Physical Education Teacher. I taught 3-12 grade students for three years and also coached at Ironwood Area Schools. I coached as the JV Head Football Coach / Varsity Assistant and Head Junior High Boys Basketball Coach.
- After teaching for three years I decided to move to Kalamazoo, MI to attend Western Michigan University (WMU) Graduate School. I worked at WMU as a Graduate Assistant for the Human Performance and Health Education Program and taught several undergraduate courses. I also coached for Kalamazoo United as the Varsity Defensive Coordinator. I was able to earn two Master Degrees:

- After graduation I earned employment at Gobles Public Schools as 6-8 grade Physical Education/Health teacher. I coached as a Varsity Assistant Football Coach and Head Varsity Baseball Coach during my tenure at Gobles. While teaching at Gobles I earned my Postbaccalaureate Secondary Health Certification. I also started my administrative certification process at Marygrove College. I taught and coached at Gobles for three years.
- The opportunity to become a Falcon came in 2019 as a Health Education teacher. I taught at the middle school and also coached as a Varsity Assistant Football Coach. After one school year, the opportunity to apply and become the next Middle School Principal presented itself. I am thrilled to have this opportunity and appreciate being able to work with this amazing staff, community, and students.
